On Wednesday, March 10th, the Bruins travel to Virginia Beach for a pre-season scrimmage against the Kempsville HS Chiefs. The Chiefs, a longtime top Beach District team, are in a rebuilding mode under second year coach Matthew Harrell. The Chiefs finished the 2009 season with a 3-7-0 Beach District record and were 3-12-2 overall. The Junior Varsity Bruins begin play at 6:30 pm and the Varsity Bruins kick off at 7:40 pm.
